Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect our players from unauthorised withdrawal requests.

General bonus terms:
The welcome bonus is available to new players only and is limited to one claim per person and one per household. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is treated as a serious breach of these terms and results in permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the 7888win platform, including PSL betting, Pakistan international cricket markets, and all other sports markets available on the platform.
Bet placement: Bets are only accepted and confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation message with a unique bet reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been accepted. Insufficient balance, odds movement during placement or technical errors may result in a bet not being accepted — always check your bet history before assuming a bet is live.
Bet settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL and Pakistan cricket, ICC for international fixtures). In the event of a result being disputed or changed after initial settlement, 7888win will re-settle all affected bets in line with the official final result. Where a match is abandoned before a result can be determined and no official result is declared, bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and odds at the precise time of acceptance. Odds may fluctuate rapidly during live matches. 7888win reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time during an event — for example during a wicket falling or a drinks break — and to void in-play bets that were accepted during a period of manifest error in the odds.
Maximum winnings: A single bet on any market carries a maximum payout cap of Rs 2,000,000 per event per player. Accumulator and same-game multi bets carry reduced caps as specified in the specific market rules. 7888win will not be liable to pay winnings above these caps regardless of the stake placed.
Minimum odds for bonus bets: When using bonus credit on sports betting, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum decimal odds of 1.50. Bets placed at shorter odds will not count toward wagering requirement fulfilment.
All casino games and crash games offered on 7888win use certified random number generation or provably fair cryptographic algorithms. Game outcomes are entirely independent, uninfluenced by previous results and cannot be manipulated by the platform or by any player.
Provably fair crash games include a server seed, client seed and nonce for each round. The combined hash of these three values determines the crash multiplier. Players can verify any past round independently using the verification tool available in their game history. A verified result confirming the crash point is final and binding.
Games may occasionally experience technical interruptions. If a game round is interrupted after a bet has been placed but before a result is determined, 7888win will make reasonable efforts to resolve the round using available server logs. Where resolution is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. We cannot accept claims for winnings that would have been earned in a round that was not successfully completed.
7888win live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers. The rules specific to each live casino game — including betting limits, side bet availability and payout ratios — are governed by the rules published within each game interface. 7888win is not responsible for errors made by third-party studios, but will work to resolve any confirmed errors on behalf of affected players.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7888win. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
Chargeback policy: If you initiate a chargeback against a confirmed 7888win deposit, your account will be suspended immediately and the full value of the chargeback plus any associated processing costs will be treated as a debt owed to 7888win. Dormant accounts: An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. 7888win will attempt to contact the account holder by email before applying a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 to the dormant account balance. The fee is waived once the account becomes active again. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be permanently closed.

Material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, financial terms or game rules — will be communicated via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect where practicable.
